By accessing this website or visiting our lounge, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
- Our website is for informational and reservation purposes only.
- You must be 19 years of age or older to enter the lounge or use hookah services, as per BC laws.
- You agree not to misuse or disrupt our services, website, or systems.
3. Reservations
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if false information is provided or misuse is suspected.
- Late arrivals may lose their reservation without refund or replacement, especially during peak hours.
4. Midnight Café – Table Reservation Agreement
By placing a reservation at Midnight Café, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
🔹 Arrival Time
Guests are expected to arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time. Unconfirmed late arrivals may result in automatic cancellation.
🔹 Table Time Limit
During busy hours, table seating may be limited to 90 minutes, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
🔹 VIP & Hookah Reservations
VIP lounge seating and hookah service are available in limited capacity and must be requested in advance. Management reserves the right to adjust or cancel VIP reservations in case of overbooking.
🔹 Deposits & Group Bookings
For group reservations (6 guests or more) or special event nights, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reserved time will result in loss of the deposit.
🔹 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your booking without penalty. No-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking privileges.
🔹 Café Rules & Conduct
Respectful behavior toward staff and fellow guests is mandatory. Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation in case of any misconduct.
🔹 Privacy of Personal Information
Your personal information is used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with any third party.
🔹 Age Policy
- Before 6:00 PM, all ages are welcome, including families with children.
- After 6:00 PM, entry to VIP lounge, hookah areas, and evening events is restricted to guests 19 and older. Valid ID may be required upon entry.
5. Payment & Pricing
- All prices listed (in-store or online) are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
6. Code of Conduct
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests:
- No outside food or beverages are allowed.
- Respectful behavior toward staff and other patrons is mandatory.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if rules are violated or behavior is disruptive.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, menus, and text, is the property of Midnight Cafe and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Midnight Cafe is not liable for:
- Personal injury or property loss on the premises unless caused by proven negligence
- Allergic reactions or medical issues from any food, beverage, or smoke products consumed at the lounge
