A reservation request is not guaranteed until confirmed by Midnight Cafe. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel reservations based on availability, capacity, staffing, safety, weather, private events, or operational requirements.

Guests are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced seating time, modified service, or cancellation of the reservation. We may release tables after a reasonable grace period if guests do not arrive or contact us.

For group reservations, special events, catering, or private bookings, deposits, minimum spends, cancellation policies, or additional conditions may apply.

Events

Midnight Cafe may host public events, private events, themed nights, entertainment nights, weekend events, cultural gatherings, live performances, and special experiences.

Event dates, times, performers, menus, seating arrangements, entry requirements, prices, and availability may change without notice. Event admission may be limited based on capacity and safety requirements.

Guests attending events must follow all house rules, staff instructions, age restrictions, and applicable laws. Midnight Cafe reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, intoxicated, aggressive, or harmful to other guests, staff, performers, or the business.

Event tickets, deposits, or reservation fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Catering and Private Gatherings

Midnight Cafe may offer catering, food service, beverage service, hookah-related services where legally permitted, and event support for private gatherings.

Catering and private event requests are subject to availability, confirmation, service location, menu selection, guest count, staffing requirements, and applicable laws.

Pricing, deposits, delivery fees, setup fees, cancellation policies, and service terms will be provided when applicable. Any catering or private event booking may require advance confirmation and payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, guest count, access instructions, and any special requirements.

Hookah Lounge Service

Midnight Cafe provides hookah lounge service at our physical location, subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and health authority rules.

Hookah service is only available to eligible guests who meet the legal age requirements. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. We reserve the right to refuse hookah service to anyone who cannot provide acceptable identification or who does not meet legal requirements.

Guests must use hookah products only in permitted areas and in accordance with staff instructions and applicable laws. Guests may not tamper with, misuse, move, damage, or modify hookah equipment provided by Midnight Cafe.

Midnight Cafe reserves the right to stop service or remove equipment if guests misuse equipment, act unsafely, disturb other guests, violate house rules, or fail to follow staff instructions.

Age Restrictions for Hookah and Tobacco-Related Products

Any hookah, tobacco, shisha, nicotine, vapour, or related regulated product or service is strictly subject to age restrictions and legal compliance.

Customers may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification before receiving any age-restricted product or service.

Midnight Cafe does not sell, provide, serve, distribute, or make available age-restricted tobacco, hookah, shisha, nicotine, or vapour-related products or services to anyone under the legal age.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, cancel a reservation, or deny entry if we cannot verify age or eligibility.

Hookah Product Inquiries and Product Availability

Midnight Cafe may receive inquiries from customers regarding hookah products, hookah accessories, shisha products, or related materials. Any availability of such products is subject to all applicable laws, business licensing requirements, tobacco retail rules, age verification requirements, tax requirements, and delivery restrictions.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a product is available, that a sale can be completed, or that delivery is permitted.

If Midnight Cafe offers any hookah-related product for sale, the sale will only be completed where legally permitted and only after any required age verification, authorization, payment, tax, and compliance requirements are satisfied.

Midnight Cafe reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any hookah-related product inquiry, request, sale, or delivery at its sole discretion.

Hookah Product Delivery

Any delivery or shipment of hookah-related products, tobacco products, shisha products, vapour products, nicotine products, or regulated accessories is subject to applicable federal, provincial, municipal, and carrier requirements.

Where delivery is legally permitted, age verification may be required before delivery is completed. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required, and the name on the order may need to match the person receiving the order.

Midnight Cafe will not knowingly send, deliver, provide, or distribute age-restricted products to anyone who is under the legal age or who cannot complete required verification.

Delivery may be refused or cancelled if legal requirements, identification requirements, payment requirements, product availability, or delivery conditions are not satisfied.

Customer Responsibility

Customers agree not to:

Payments

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, service charges, delivery fees, deposits, gratuities, or event charges may apply.

Payment may be required at the time of ordering, booking, reservation confirmation, event registration, or service completion.

Midnight Cafe reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service, reservation type, event, catering order, or product order.

Regular reservations may be cancelled or modified subject to availability and our internal policies.
