These terms explain the policies for visiting Midnight Cafe & Hookah Lounge, making a reservation, attending an event, and placing an order through our website. If a charge or policy is unclear, please ask our team before ordering.

  1. HOOKAH SERVICE

For guests ordering hookah in our lounge, our policy is one hookah for every two guests. For example, a group of four ordering hookah requires two hookahs. Food and drink orders do not replace this requirement.

Hookah service is subject to availability and applicable law. Guests must follow staff instructions for handling the equipment. We may request valid identification where age verification is required.

  1. SATURDAY LIVE SHOWS AND EVENT CHARGES

When Midnight Cafe hosts a live show on a Saturday, a $20 live show charge applies in addition to food, beverages, hookah, and other purchases. The charge is for admission to the live entertainment and is not a credit toward an order unless a specific event offer says otherwise.

We communicate applicable event charges on our website, at the entrance, and through our staff. Other events may have different prices or conditions. Please check the details for the event you plan to attend or ask our team before ordering.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, stated event charges, and any optional gratuity are additional to item prices where indicated.

Please review your bill and tell our team promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. We will review the details with you and correct any verified billing error.

  1. RESERVATIONS AND EVENTS

Reservation requests are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed when Midnight Cafe confirms it. Please provide accurate contact information and party details so we can reach you about your booking.

If an event requires a ticket, deposit, minimum purchase, or has a cancellation deadline, those conditions should be disclosed before payment and will apply to that booking. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel a reservation.

  1. ONLINE ORDERS

Products, flavours, add-ons, and preparation times are subject to availability. Please review your selections, quantities, and total before placing an order.

If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order as placed, we will contact you to discuss a substitution or an appropriate refund. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly with your order details.

  1. RESPECTFUL SERVICE

We ask guests and staff to treat one another respectfully. Our team may address conduct that disrupts other guests or creates a safety concern, subject to applicable law. If a policy or interaction needs clarification during your visit, please ask to speak with a manager.

  1. CHANGES AND APPLICABLE RIGHTS

We may update these terms and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. The terms and prices disclosed when you make a booking or purchase govern that transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable British Columbia law.
